Breakfast 2024Programs for Parents has partnered with Rutgers University-Newark’s Office of University Community Partnerships to bring early childhood professionals this exciting workshop! The Bringing Books to Life workshop will reinforce the importance of educators and caregivers spending quality time reading with the young children in their care through the intentional promotion of language development and early literacy skills development using books as a viable tool. Additionally, it will provide educators and caregivers with a foundation approach to implementing strategies and techniques that can be used with young children to help foster positive adult and child relationships, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, imagination, and creativity.
The cost is $15. Payments can be made in person or over the phone with a credit card or money order. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
